Costs

Pond plants are shipped according to weight, and this is calculated at the checkout. 

Total order weight 1.9kg or less (and not longer than 60cm, Rough Horsetail and Yellow Flag iris) – £5

Total order weight 2kg to 20kg (excluding 30L lilies) – £8

Items where an individual product weighs more than 20kg e.g. 30L lilies or soil pallets (this will arrive on a pallet) – £70

 

Please note there are surcharges for certain postcodes, we will contact you after ordering with a link to pay the surcharge prior to shipping.

You’ll find the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email – Please remember that this date is an estimate, so your order may arrive before, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date.

Wildlife Garden Shop is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers.

Wildlife Garden Shop proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 

1. SHIPPING

All orders for our non-perishable or customised products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Plants

We want our plants to reach you in the best possible condition, all our pond plants are carefully checked and packed at the nursery and delivered to you within the seasonal dates as shown below. 

To avoid plants being in transit for the weekend, we do not dispatch on Fridays. 

In the main season, orders placed by 11am on a working day are sent the next working day, excluding Friday (or the Thursday before Easter). 

During low season we will amend the days orders are shipped. Seasonal dispatch days are normally:

  • March – Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday 
  • April to Mid August – 4 days per week Monday to Thursday
  • Mid August and September – Twice weekly Tuesday and Thursday
  • October to February – Once per week – Tuesday.

Unfortunately WE NO LONGER SHIP TO NORTHERN OR MAINLAND IRELAND AND GUERNSEY AND JERSEY

Our couriers will leave orders in a cool shaded area if there is no one at the address provided, or with a neighbour if possible. 


2. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct.

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is sometimes a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

3. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

 

4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Wildlife Garden Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

 

5. RETURN REQUEST DAYS

Wildlife Garden Shop allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 10 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.

 

6. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS

In case of out-of-stock, Wildlife Garden Shop will send available items first and send remaining items when items arrive back in stock. This is most likely due to issues with pond plants as we would not want to send a plant we did not deem as satisfactory to our standards, this is the nature of perishable goods and quality control. We may contact you in regards to this depending on how busy we are, or inform you if a product will not be back in stock in a timely manner and issue a refund. 

 

7. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES

When working with Wildlife Garden Shop, you have the following options when it comes to taxes as well and import taxes: customer will need to settle fees when arriving in destination country
